Student Evaluation of Student's Experience

This form is confidential and will only be used by the IT department. It is important for the Internship coordinator to collect factual and evaluative data on individual job placements. The factual data is used as to measure the relevance of current course offerings within the IT curriculum. Feedback is encouraged as an ongoing attempt to maintain the expected quality of the IT curriculum.

The evaluative data is important so that the department can determine if this particular job placement is one that will continue to provide IT students with a challenging, high quality work/educational experience.

Your grade will not be based upon your opinions expressed herein or upon the content of your answers. Your grade will be partially based upon the degree of thought, the completeness and sincerity perceived in your answers. Take your time. Honesty and accuracy is of utmost importance.
